About Platometrics
Platometrics is a measurment philosophy.

The goal of a Platometrics approach to planning and evaluation is to acquire knowledge using measures of progress and impact. What determines whether a program has met or will meet its goals or whether it is succeeding depends on many factors, some of which will be unique to that program. Thus, in order to capture the nature and result of program efforts, the approach to measurment needs to utilize metrics that reflect the reality in which those efforts occur. This often means looking at both quantitative and qualititive metrics that are tailored to the program.
