Customized Planning and Evaluation
Before even providing an estimate, we want to know about your organization, your needs, and what information is going to be meaningful and useful. The resulting project will be unique to your organization, addressing the specific circumstances in which you work. A typical project will consist of one or more of the following components.

Program Research

This includes web searches, document review, key informant interviews, site visits, or needs assessments which can be used for learning about developments in the field, formulating strategies, or compiling case studies.

Existing Data Analysis

We can develop and/or analyze your statistical data bases, spreadsheets, qualitative summaries, or transcripts. The Platometrics approach focuses on uncovering the meaning behind the statistics so that the numbers translate to knowledge.

Surveys

We design, implement, and analyze online surveys, email surveys, and phone surveys. Our process of survey development is to maximize response validity and our approach to survey implementation results in high response rates.

Interviews

We are very experienced at getting the pertinent information needed by talking candidly and constructively with individuals ranging from key informants to program participants either in person or on the phone.

Focus Groups

Our focus groups are excellent for brainstorming, priority setting, formative program evaluation, and strategy development.

Web Analytics

Google analytics and server-based system web statistics are typically underutlized sources of valuable information that we can analyze and study to determine the usage patterns of your website. Combining this with other data, we can examine the roles and opportunities for using the web in your program.
